We headed to Lima, Peru, for a stay, fully aware that the seasons are reversed. What we didn’t realize was how heaters are virtually non-existent in this country. I mean, seriously WTF??!!!
Don’t get us wrong, it’s not super frigid here in Lima, and we know how to deal with the cold. We are from Colorado after all… High temperatures on most days are around 60°F or so, and nighttime temps are in the 50s. But that’s chilly inside your living space, especially when you like to be nude a lot of the time.
We had thought about staying in Peru for a few months, but after nearly a month here in Lima, we seriously can’t get out of here fast enough. Soon, we’ll be heading back to where it’ll be summer.
We don’t usually complain much about the places we visit, but we must be honest. Of all the places we’ve traveled to, Lima, Peru, is not a destination we can recommend to anyone for any reason.
Yes, we know Lima is considered a big foodie destination, but as strictly plant-based eaters, the experience is not the same for us as it might be for you. And, this VLOG is about our experiences and not about sugar-coating our opinions, so there we have it… Honesty!
Should we ever come back to Peru (there are some beautiful places here), we will do our best to avoid coming through Lima. Keep in mind, we are writing this from the center of Lima, so maybe our view will change a bit once we’re back in a happy place. Time heals… lol
Enough about that!
So, because we haven’t been able to record much naturist content while in Lima, we rounded up some previously unreleased content we shot while in Merida, Mexico. These are extended scenes from our fun time in our dipping pool. We’re glad to release these as we think the video turned out great. We also recorded an intro for the video just yesterday here in Lima. We’ve included some outtakes too.
