How can one describe Tirana, Albania right now? Civil unrest.
The people of Albania are not happy with their government. After about five months of peaceful daily protests, locals have had enough and are lashing out, calling for real change.
Join us for some of our experiences on the streets of Tirana during a historic uprising that looks more and more like it will be a real turning point for the country.
We never wanted this VLOG to be about politics, and we have no intention of focusing on politics now or in the future. There are plenty of places to seek that out. We will, however, share some of our experiences and observations while being careful not to insert too much of our own opinion, in a land where we are visitors, not citizens, and really have no say or standing in the matter.
Join us as we take to the streets and witness some of what is happening. Oh, and we also tackle the very pressing matter of finding the right oat milk for our iced coffees⦠You know, the important issues.
